CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations are fully refundable if canceled up to 48 hours before the arranged rental.

There is a fee equivalent to 2 days of rent for reservations canceled less than 48 hours and before the arranged rental.

Reservations cancelled after the agreed upon rental time are non-refundable.

Special conditions apply to reservations with special online offers, check on the specific offer’s cancellation policy.

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AGE REQUIREMENT: Drivers must meet the minimum age requirement for the rented vehicle.

Special conditions apply depending on the type of vehicle and country of issue of the driving license.

In case you reserve a vehicle against our minimum age policy, your reservation will be canceled and you will be charged a fee equivalent to two days of rental plus delivery costs. For more information regarding the minimum age, please contact us.

DRIVING LICENSE: A valid driving license is required from the driver.  We may ask for a photo of your driver’s license before your arrival. In case you fail to provide us with such a photo your reservation may be canceled without notice.

In case you do not hold the proper license upon delivery of the vehicle your reservation will be canceled and you will be charged a fee equivalent to two days of rental plus delivery costs. For more information about the accepted Driving License per country of origin, please contact us.

DEPOSIT FOR GUARANTEE: For all vehicle rentals, upon pick up of the vehicle a deposit will be preauthorized from the driver’s credit card for a guarantee which will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided no other charges arise.

TRAFFIC FINES: All fines resulting from the driver’s conduct and traffic violations are born solely by the renter.

INSURANCE: All authorized drivers are covered against damages to Third Parties.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW):  The renters’ liability for damage to the rented vehicle, can be reduced under the condition that the Greek Traffic Law is not violated, to a minimum charge of €300 for scooters up to 125cc, €500 for scooters from 150cc to 200cc by paying €5 and €6 per day respectively and a minimum charge of €300 for ATVs up to 200cc, €400 for MXU 310 Greenline and Sym 300 S, €500 for MXU R 300 and TGB BLADE 325, €700 for Cforce 450 by paying €5, €7 and €7 per day respectively. Damage to the underside and suspension system of the vehicle is not covered.

THEFT PROTECTION: Theft protection is included in the CDW and does not cover the loss of personal effects.

FLEET AVAILABILITY: The Company reserves the right to provide a different vehicle model to the one originally reserved of an equivalent or higher model type.

REFUSAL OF RENTAL: The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a rental if there is an indication that the driver’s safety is compromised (lack of experience, hazardous driving, suspected alcohol use, etc)
